• Processing and payment of staff salaries.
  • Keep proper records of all financial transactions of the ministry.
  • Providing administrative support, to ensure that the ministry's offices are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Preparation annual financial relevant to the budget.
  • Prepares monthly return of financial transaction of the ministry to the Ministry of finance.
  • Maintains the Ministry’s bank account.
  • Prepares bank reconciliation statements.
  • Offers of financial advice to the Management
  • Collects revenue and remit to the relevant taxation bodies.
  • Performs any other functions that may be assigned by the Management and finance ministry.
  • Ensuring that all office equipment is suitable for both construction and equipment
  • Monitoring all administrative and financial matters
  • Responsibility for all transport services in the ministry.
